Shipping Availability

We currently ship Australia-wide, offering FREE tracked shipping on all orders within metro areas. Additional shipping fees may apply for non-metro locations.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 12 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Metro Areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional Areas: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–14 business days

During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Boxing Day, or Valentine’s Day), please allow an additional 3–5 business days for delivery due to high demand.

Tracking Your Order

Signature on Delivery

If you prefer signature on delivery, this option is available for an additional shipping fee. If no one is available at the time of delivery, your parcel will be left in a secure location or a collection card will be provided for pickup at your nearest post office.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@rstora.com. Address changes may not be possible once your order has been dispatched. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please reach out so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
